About the Role
In this territory-based position covering London, the South East and Northern Ireland, you’ll represent the world-class TENA brand, known for transforming lives through innovative healthcare solutions. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with a collaborative regional team, you’ll deliver engaging educational modules and provide expert clinical product advice. You’ll be the trusted voice promoting the effective use of continence products—empowering healthcare professionals through impactful training and education. You’ll stay ahead of clinical trends and translate them into meaningful insights for your colleagues and customers alike.
Who You Are
You’re a confident, compassionate clinician with a drive to educate and inspire. You bring:
- A current and valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience in continence care (essential)
- Interest or experience in woundcare / compression therapy (advantageous)
- A background in acute and/or community care
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to train both small and large groups
- Full flexibility to travel across the territory
- A commercially aware mindset and a passion for innovation
Travel across the territory is required therefore the ideal applicant for this role must live within the region.
