We’re currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our vibrant and passionate brand marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a range of campaigns, from brand to social and influencer marketing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Championing the Silentnight brand – You’ll ensure everything we do stays true to our brand, from managing the development of 360° campaigns to collaborating with internal and external teams to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Driving brand awareness – You’ll manage the social and influencer strategy, building relationships with content creators to increase our presence and engagement online.
  • Creating awesome content – You’ll oversee the development of assets, including images and videos, that tell our brand story in fresh, exciting ways.
  • Managing partnerships – From concept to activation, you’ll work on brand collaborations that help elevate our presence and reach.
  • Staying ahead of trends – You’ll keep an eye on industry shifts and competitor activity, ensuring we stay at the forefront of consumer mindsets and needs.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performing marketing environment
  • Strong creative skills (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus!)
  • A natural communicator with great presentation and writing skills
  • Someone who’s self-motivated, proactive, and excited about making an impact
  • A passion for marketing, creativity, and digital innovation
  • Great attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns and digital marketing channels
