We are recruiting for an experienced switchboard Receptionist. We are seeking an organized, structured, and professional individual with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service for our client in Leicester, which offers free parking. The role reports directly to a Manager.

Role Details

The Receptionist will work Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.45pm, managing the main reception independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all clients receive a warm welcome and high-quality service to create a positive first impression.
  • Perform general admin duties including scanning, photocopying, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage workloads efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, and responding promptly to queries.
  • Provide cover for team members in their absence.
  • Manage the switchboard, answer calls promptly, and transfer calls efficiently.
  • Organize meeting rooms, keeping them tidy and stocked.
  • Arrange catering for on-site events, training sessions, or meetings, and maintain stock of consumables.
