Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties. You will need an experienced background in planned repairs and maintenance of domestic properties in the social housing sector. You will be undertaking repairs across a variety of properties across London and Essex. Responsibilities: * Carpentry * Fencing * Replacement of rainwater goods/over-cladding * Experience in window care/repair * Brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering, and paving (desirable) * Logging and signing works via a PDA system * Liaising with tenants, contractors, and client Requirements: * Full UK Driver's License * Previous experience in social housing/residential construction * Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Company Package & Benefits: * Salary: £37,000 per annum * Company Van & Fuel Card * 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Birthday Off * Company Pension * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * Sick Pay * Company Events * Discounts Portal Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 40 Hours Per Week * 8 am – 5 pm * 1-hour lunch break
