Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Electrical Project Manager located in Lamberhurst. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects following handover from pre contract stage. They will be responsible for the following tasks
- Managing the successful execution and completion of projects ranging from £100k – £1.5 Million,
- Ensuring high quality standards are achieved and commercial objectives are met.
- Overseeing the electrical Design and co-ordination
- Managing sub contractors
- producing progress reports for projects
- managing the project finances along side the accounts team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Electrical Project Management or Contracts Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting for electrical projects
- Knowledge of Electrical Design principles
- Qualified Electrician Holding a ECS card of Gold or above.
- Strong project management skills
