Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It\’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you\’d prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too.

We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows you provide, with 3 weeks\’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exact, we still want to hear from you.
