Shift Times: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:30 - 45HPW

Pay Rate: £12.00 - £12.50

Manpower is seeking Cemetery Operatives to join our client’s team based in Boughton, Northampton. Your role involves maintaining the cemetery grounds, ensuring they are tidy, well-kept, and respectful for visitors and loved ones. You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the cemetery while upholding professionalism, dignity, and environmental care. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Training includes on-the-job instruction and a standard induction for best practices.

Requirements:

  • Full valid UK Driving License
  • 360 Excavator certificate & experience
  • Previous cemetery experience, such as grave digging and excavating, is preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in performance management
