Key Responsibilities Business Development and Partner Enablement: Articulate Lansweeper’s value proposition and co-create growth strategies with VARs. Develop existing VAR relationships by understanding their goals and potential. Identify upsell opportunities considering legislation and market trends. Enable VARs through structured programs, resources, and training. Strategic Planning and Execution: Conduct account planning and map VAR structures. Draft and monitor business plans with clear KPIs and commitments. Pipeline Generation and Management: Measure VAR readiness and drive pipeline creation via co-marketing and collaboration.
