Reporting into the Director of Highways, the Assurance Delivery Director will lead strategic programmes that enable the business to deliver its business performance targets and drive positive change at a Client and Industry sector level to raise the bar for risk management and assurance delivery. This is a hybrid working role, with travel to our Warwick HQ as well as other sites on a weekly basis. What you\’ll do: Develop and lead the Delivery Assurance strategy for Highways across all services and programmes, ensuring QEHS, Training, and Cyber Risk and Compliance are integrated into all aspects of the business Implementing and operate a full Governance, Risk and Compliance structure across all Highways programmes, using leading risk methodologies and embedding the into BAU, to eliminate or mitigate significant risk that maintain legal and contractual compliance for £100m business.
