Carnival UK is in search of a Finance Partnering Manager who is crucial in supporting our financial direction and joining a high-performing team. The Finance Partnering Manager supports the P&O Cruises Commercial function and is responsible for providing financial project support in the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams, ensuring that decisions are taken with the correct level of oversight and challenge. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver the business’s tactical and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic modelling / scenario analysis
  • Deep dive analysis to provide insight, driven by stakeholder questions or hypotheses
  • Investment appraisal & measurement of benefits for key initiatives
  • Providing finance support to priority SLT-led projects

Requirements:

Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a Finance Partnering Manager, we’re looking for:

  • Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in business partnering with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the capability to convey complex information to individuals without a finance background and to craft compelling narratives that influence decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, demonstrating the ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide informed positions on commercial initiatives, projects, and investment decisions.

This role is classified as a CUK07 and offered as a full-time, permanent position, with hybrid work including up to two days from home.
