Your new role
- Managing 3-4 direct reports, and supporting their development and learning
- Producing monthly management account packs
- Managing and reconciling the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Supplier Income reporting, month end accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Provide analysis, insight and informative reporting to support and influence business decisions
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate year-end audit requests and assist to prepare statutory accounts
- Evaluating the success of ongoing trials and projects, and proposing recommendations
- Ad hoc finance projects and analysis
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with industry experience. Retail or manufacturing industry experience is desirable. You’ll need to be highly numerate with a strong analytical background, as well as an effective communicator with all levels of stakeholders.
