About the Role:
Our client's residential home in Mansfield is currently looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team on night shifts. The home specialises in Dementia, younger adults, and physical disabilities. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met throughout the night shift.
You will be responsible for supervising junior care staff, supporting residents with daily living activities, administering medication, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer or oversee the administration of medication
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and feeding
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role or similar
