We are keen to employ a Sales Development Representative that can work within our central Belfast office. Competitive salary & uncapped commission available. Hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4pm on a Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and appointments for the Field Sales Team.
- Achieving weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- The ability to achieve KPI’s including quantity of calls made daily, booked meetings & prospect/suspect growth.
- Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly.
- Updating CRM with correct information and setting tasks for call backs and follow up opportunities.
- Liaise with various departments within the business to maximise opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Prior Telesales/Sales experience, preferably within the Telco market.
- Essential IT skills and CRM experience.
- To be a team player whilst also having the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Driven with a competitive nature.
- A positive attitude.
