Business Development Executive – Chester Area Are you a motivated sales professional looking for your next career move in the automotive sector? A forward-thinking, tech-driven company is seeking a Business Development Executive to join them and help drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity if you have sales experience and a passion for building relationships in a fast-moving, innovative environment. What You’ll Do: * Generate new business and manage relationships with existing clients across the North West region, with occasional travel further afield. * Turn self-generated leads into successful sales through a mix of phone, digital, and on-site engagement. * Manage your own diary and appointments proactively. * Re-engage with previous clients, uncover challenges, and provide insights to inform business strategy. * Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. What We’re Looking For: * Sales experience, ideally in the automotive or tech-driven sales sectors. * Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of hitting targets. * Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. * Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of the North West region. * Full, clean UK driving licence. * Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems; Salesforce experience desirable. What You’ll Get: * Salary: £32,000–£35,000 basic, plus a competitive commission structure with annual OTE of £6,000. * Working Pattern: Hybrid role – 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office, Monday–Friday 9am–5.30pm. * Company Car: Initial access to a pool car for client visits, transitioning to a car allowance after three months.
