This is a dual-faceted role designed to empower postgraduate students and alumni while strengthening the School's relationships with global Financial Services employers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalised career guidance and support to students, including helping them navigate industry trends and recruitment processes.
- Work closely with student-led clubs to foster peer-to-peer learning and career event opportunities.
- Position Saïd Business School as the 'School of Choice' for Financial Services employers by understanding and promoting their hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Host recruitment events and ensure their successful execution.
You will have in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector and its recruitment practices, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills to coach individuals through career transitions effectively. You must demonstrate the ability to design and deliver impactful career development activities, manage senior client relationships and excel in communication, marketing, networking and business development.
