Technical Lead Wokingham (3 days a week) Up to £53,000 An established and successful international sports clothing and sports equipment brand are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to join them to contribute towards day-to-day business IT system changes and provide guidance and support as a mentor figure to a small IT team, as the right-hand person to the IT Manager. Requirements for the Technical Lead position include experience with the following: Windows Server 2008 2025 and desktop operating systems support and installation VMWare support / management / VMotion Monitoring and capacity planning of servers Data storage (SANs virtual and physical) Backup and Recovery procedures Office 365 administration, AD connect, Exchange, SharePoint SCCM implementation and support, task sequences, etc VPN, firewalls, network routers knowledge Network topology and troubleshooting ADFS, AD group policies and DNS Security patching PowerShell scripting Anti-Virus In addition, any experience with or interest in learning cyber security concepts, tools (Cybereason, XDR), policies and procedures would be greatly beneficial.
