Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel, as well as providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues thoroughly.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report concerns.
• Comply with company policies on HASAWA, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform other tasks as required.
• Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
