H9 Technical Recruitment are partnered with a Renewable Energy advisory client and hiring for a Vice President to be responsible for assisting with strong deal-flow to maintain the market position and enable future growth covering their Renewable Energy, Power and Infrastructure sectors.
Overview:
- Lead the execution of M&A deals from start to finish.
- Assist in ECM execution and work with financing teams to contribute to various projects.
- Assist in the origination of new deals to the team.
- Mentor and guide Interns, Analysts and Associates within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Bring industry knowledge and insight to assist in idea and origination of new deals.
- Work with colleagues to create pitch materials and deliver presentations to clients, investors, and the broader community.
- Conduct industry research keeping up to date across topics in the sector.
- Supervise and guide more junior team members, taking responsibility for their work and developing their skills.
- Develop and maintain dialogue with key industry counterparts and clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and Financial Modelling Skills.
