Great Yarmouth Racecourse is now looking to increase their front of house and kitchen teams with enthusiastic, friendly bar, waiting, and kitchen staff. No experience is necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve all customers in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
- Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
- Advise guests on all products available within the venue.
- Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work both alone and as part of a team to meet guests' needs.
- Maintain stock levels and rotation to avoid waste.
- Ensure the work area is adequately stocked with necessary items.
- Prepare restaurants/boxes for the service of meals and refreshments.
- Serve guests efficiently with correct food and beverage service knowledge.
- Keep work and public areas clean and tidy.
- Ensure all orders are dispensed and recorded for billing.
- Ring through orders and obtain payment in line with procedures.
- Close down tills according to company procedures.
- Keep accurate temperature records and other paperwork.
- Adhere to licensing policies and procedures.
- Handle cash, stock, and equipment securely.
- Act as an information point for customers.
- Record wastage and dispose of rubbish according to recycling initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as needed.
