This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. Morgan's Investment Banking Group provides a full range of investment banking services to clients across the EMEA region, including services related to mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, IPOs, LBOs, and more. The team is organized by product, sector, or country expertise, fostering specialization and collaboration to deliver tailored solutions.
If you join one of our successful teams, you will focus on strategic transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, capital raises, LBOs, and other projects. The teams are based in London and various countries including the UK, Nordics, Benelux, France, Italy, South Africa, and UAE.
As an Analyst, you will be involved in the full cycle of transaction execution, including preparing pitches, financial modeling, creating memoranda, and engaging with investors. This is an open posting to build a network of external talent; shortlisted candidates will be considered for future opportunities across Product, Industry, and Coverage areas.
