- They offer a full-service property consultancy from building surveying and project delivery through to agency, planning, and asset management.
Role Description:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end commercial, residential, or mixed-use development projects across prime London locations.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination throughout each project stage.
- Oversee planning, design development, procurement strategies, and tender processes in line with client objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while managing risk and change effectively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, programmes, budgets, and minutes.
- Coordinate with local authorities, design teams, and stakeholders to navigate planning and regulatory approvals.
- Manage cost plans and monitor contractor performance against agreed metrics.
- Support the firm’s reputation for high-touch client service by maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong background in project management within the built environment, ideally in central London or similar urban settings.
- Experience delivering complex refurbishment and/or new-build projects across sectors such as residential, office, or heritage.
- Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or working towards professional accreditation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
- Confident leading external teams and managing the full consultant and contractor matrix.
- Familiar with UK planning processes, construction contracts (particularly JCT), and building regulations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with high service standards
