Our Group Treasury Team combines a dedicated focus on the UK market with oversight of our Swiss business and other overseas operations. The Group employs 23,000 people, with 21,000 in the UK across over 20 offices. Our team plays a key role in driving our organisation’s strategic vision. We handle a wide range of treasury functions—from aligning with overall business strategy to managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee daily treasury operations and manage treasury ledgers
  • Forecast cash flow and plan long-term cash requirements
  • Handle company hedging and complex treasury transactions
  • Communicate with banks and resolve bank-related queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data
  • Support finance initiatives and cross-functional projects

What will you need to do it?

  • Minimum 4–5 years of treasury experience
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or treasury qualification (e.g., AMCT)
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, hedging, and cash flow forecasting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a mid-to-large organisation with a treasury function
