What Will I Be Doing?
- Handling complex travel arrangements - including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and VIP services.
- Managing a portfolio of high-profile artists - ensuring their travel plans are seamless and stress-free.
- Using Galileo GDS - booking, modifying, and troubleshooting itineraries with expert precision.
- Building strong industry relationships - working closely with artists, management teams, and travel partners.
- Providing exceptional service - ensuring last-minute requests and itinerary changes are handled effortlessly.
- Mentoring junior team members - sharing knowledge and best practices in the industry.
What Experience Do I Need?
- 3 - 4 years' experience in travel management / Business Travel, ideally experience handling high-profile entertainment clients.
- Expertise in Galileo GDS, including complex booking modifications, reissues, and refunds.
- A proven track record in client management - delivering outstanding service to VIP customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- An eye for detail - ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - to liaise confidently with artists, managers, and partners.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in London, with a mix of office and remote work (Minimum of 1 or 2 days a week in the office). The hours are 10am-6pm, with occasional after-hours support required.
