  • The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Lobster Sheringham
  • The experience to maintain kitchen equipment

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member:

  • Assisting with food preparation.
  • Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
  • Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Overseeing deliveries.
  • Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
  • Working with the team to achieve company targets.

Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. The Lobster Sheringham is nestled a stone's throw away from Sheringham's stunning seafront. Anchored firmly at the junction of Gun Street & Wyndham Street and standing proudly on Sheringham's High Street. The Lobster is a traditional pub with cosy rooms, two festoon light courtyards and for those wishing to stay in one of North Norfolk's most beautiful towns, 7 letting rooms of various sizes. We are very dog friendly, so if our guests are out for a walk or out for the week/weekend, the Lobster welcomes all.
