Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the in-house Product Administrator to ensure seamless data management and order capture.
- Log all incoming orders accurately into the Orders Master Sheet and ensure smooth order flow between departments.
- Coordinate with Buying, Showroom, and Production Development teams for bulk seasonal orders and re-orders.
- Create product codes for MTM, special, and Couture orders using PLMflex.
- Upload prices to SAP and manage SO, STO, and related orders.
- Manage season opening/closing processes on SAP and perform order audits across stores.
- Support creation of seasonal selling materials like lookbooks and price lists.
- Work with PD team and Product Coordinator on rush and custom orders.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed.

- Proficiency in SAP, PLM, and Excel; experience with product codes, SO/STO, and OC.
