SAP Product Administrator

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the in-house Product Administrator to ensure seamless data management and order capture.
2. Log all incoming orders accurately into the Orders Master Sheet and ensure smooth order flow between departments.
3. Coordinate with Buying, Showroom, and Production Development teams for bulk seasonal orders and re-orders.
4. Create product codes for MTM, special, and Couture orders using PLMflex.
5. Upload prices to SAP and manage SO, STO, and related orders.
6. Manage season opening/closing processes on SAP and perform order audits across stores.
7. Support creation of seasonal selling materials like lookbooks and price lists.
8. Work with PD team and Product Coordinator on rush and custom orders.
9. Provide backup support to team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in SAP, PLM, and Excel; experience with product codes, SO/STO, and OC.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and effective cross-department collaboration.
