A thriving Construction Consultancy on the path of growth are seeking a results-driven and highly effective Construction Project Manager to join their team in London.

The Construction Project Manager will be immersed in dynamic and diverse projects within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors, presenting a mix of complex and stimulating challenges.

The successful Construction Project Manager's role entails overseeing the day-to-day project execution, leading the design team, crafting innovative solutions, administering contracts, refining and implementing project documentation and processes, and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

• RICS, APM, CIOB accredited or working towards
• Extensive experience in the retail sector
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 is preferable
• Experience in a client facing role/construction consultancy/client organisation
• Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
