2. Time: 22:00 – 07:00

Our Tesco colleague pay starts from £12.45/hour; £13.66 inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an extra night premium of £2.35/hour applies. Additional payments may depend on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We value flexibility and encourage you to apply if your availability matches our needs.

Customers are central to our work. This role involves variety, community engagement, and teamwork. You will serve customers, learn new skills, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving customers with passion and pride
• Being knowledgeable about products and services
• Working in service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Following safety and service training
• Making customer-focused decisions
• Participating in community and charity events
• Understanding store performance and contributing to sales and waste reduction
• Handling products carefully and living our values
• Accepting deliveries when needed

• Punctuality, presentation, and professionalism
