The iconic Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot. This full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be unique in the Salt Lake City market.
We are seeking a skilled and creative Painter to join our team and bring colour and life to our spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our hotel.
As a Painter, you will work on interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations. Your attention to detail and artistic eye will help create an inviting environment for our guests.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial or institutional maintenance preferred
- Light carpentry skills and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- Effective communication skills with the public and team members

- Preventive maintenance experience preferred
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
