The role
James Milson Village is seeking passionate, professional and flexible Aged Care Employee - Carer/AIN. We have multiple part time positions at our Woolwich residential aged care home. We have casual and permanent AM/PM/Night shifts available. Their primary function is to provide high quality, safe and effective personal care that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice to the residents of James Milson Village at Woolwich.
Who we are looking for
- You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our village.
- Must have at least one year experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care.
- Additional knowledge/qualifications in other aged care related fields (e.g., dementia care, continence) is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and nursing/care skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in personal appearance.
- Strive for excellence in care and service for our people.
