The role involves leading on the needs of a diverse range of clients in providing share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You'll have significant client contact and provide leadership to more junior colleagues in the team.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, then working on the design of new employee incentive schemes.
- Building strong capability within teams, recognising and responding to strengths of individuals and client requirements.
- Motivating your team and ensuring maximum efficiency of reward spend.
- Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share plans during implementation and operation, and on transactions.
- Implementing share plan structures, including preparing the necessary legal documentation.
- Advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes.
- Working alongside our RSM colleagues from across the world to provide advice on international share incentive structures.
- Briefing junior staff on the client's business and the pre-project instructions, supervising, and controlling the completion of work, and undertaking 'on the job' training and appraisals where necessary.

- Relevant professional qualification, for example, ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor.
- Proven experience in client handling and project management.
- Experience in producing exceptional quality work for demanding clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
