Digital Markets – Digital Product for Neovest – Analyst or Associate, London

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead multiple client engagements and serve as the primary contact during client onboarding and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interface directly with client stakeholders across front, middle, and back office operations.
2. Review project requirements and trade workflows to ensure client-specific solutions.
3. Set up system components such as Funds, Brokers, and GL Accounts based on client needs.
4. Support onboarding activities including data migration, interface configuration, testing, and troubleshooting P&L and accounting issues.
5. Liaise with stakeholders to monitor project progress, milestones, and tasks.
6. Prepare and compile status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements during implementation.
8. Work with asset management firms across various asset classes, leveraging your financial product and operational knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in finance or asset management industry.
• Experience supporting financial systems like trading platforms and portfolio management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills.
• Product knowledge across various asset classes.
• Subject matter expertise in Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, or Accounting.
• Solid business analysis and project management skills in a technical environment.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Team player with a supportive attitude toward other business areas.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in building EMS, OMS, PMS, or Accounting systems.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Additional programming skills.
• Buy-side experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
