Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
2. Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
3. Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
4. Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
5. Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
6. Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
7. Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
8. Experience and promote the products and services offered.
9. Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities meet high standards.
10. Achieve secondary spend KPI targets.
11. Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

2. Competent in administrative duties

5. Able to perform key holder duties as required
6. Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
