Role Overview: You are the face of our business, putting the customer at the center of everything you do. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner, you show genuine interest in their needs and will learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
- Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products both in-store and across channels.
- Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
- Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
- Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
- Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
- Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
- Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.
