- Able to work 4-8 hours/day outside in all weather conditions
- Be independent and self-motivated
- Enjoy physical labor, as this job requires a great deal of lifting and working with garden and farm tools

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Minimal after-hours or weekend work required for planting, watering, or feeding chickens
Special Working Conditions: Outdoor work means exposure to the sun and insects. Must have a valid driver's license. Physical labor includes bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for prolonged periods of time.
Driving Requirements: Must be a licensed driver and be comfortable driving a pick-up truck.

- Running farm stands
- Garden maintenance including weeding, pest and disease control, trellising, pruning, raised bed construction, etc.
