We are recruiting for a permanent Inbound Sales & Customer Service Assistant to speak both Danish and English. These positions are Hybrid for London and surrounding areas.
Main Purpose of role:
- Responding to English and Danish emails
- Answering calls in both languages
- Handling customer queries and translating replies between English and Danish
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, email, social media, and live chat
- Updating customer details such as address and payment methods
The Multilingual Consultant will report into the Dutch Team Leader.

Salary: £26,700 per annum + benefits
Commission: Uncapped, based on sales, paid monthly. Expected earnings of £5,000 annually.
Progression: Opportunities include Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior, Trainer, Quality Support, and Team Manager roles.
Hours: 37.50 hours/week, shifts from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and 9 am to 4 pm Sunday, including alternate weekend shifts with a weekday off.
