My client is expanding their architectural team due to continued project wins and strong pipeline, and they’re looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist ready to take the lead on exciting projects, all while enjoying true work-life balance and the kind of team culture people stay in for. Based in their Essex office, this Senior Architectural Technologist role will give you the platform to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, shaping design and delivery across sectors including residential, commercial, community and healthcare. You’ll play a key part in liaising with clients, leading meetings, preparing planning and building regulation submissions, and managing technical detailing and coordination.
