Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner and escorting them to meeting rooms.
- Managing the switchboard.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy and well stocked.
- Ordering office supplies and lunches.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a reception role within a corporate environment is essential.
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable and punctual.
