You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, and supporting a team of care staff to maintain our high standards.Key Responsibilities• Provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents.• Administer medications safely and accurately, following regulatory guidelines.• Complete and maintain care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.• Monitor and assess residents’ health, responding to changes in condition promptly.• Support and mentor care staff during night shifts, fostering a positive working environment.• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.What We’re Looking For• A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is preferred but not essential.• Strong clinical and communication skills.• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and in…
