An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors Limited's Practice Management team. This role supports the Practice Manager in delivering comprehensive HR advisory services, ensuring smooth people operations as the firm grows.

About You:

  • You're a motivated HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience handling employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness) and hold or are working towards CIPD Level 5.
  • You have strong communication skills, can manage your own workload, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience within a law firm is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support employee relations, recruitment, induction, training, and performance management processes.
  • Manage HR data, reporting, and compliance with employment law and firm policies.
  • Support health and safety and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions and contribute to business development activities.
