We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Export Freight Operations Clerk to join our clients dynamic team based in Bradford.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Week 1 9:00am - 17:30pm, Week 2 13:00pm - 21:30pm
Role overview:
- Understand customer requirements and deliver first-class customer service
- Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all land transport export shipments
- Complete all relevant documentation operational, administrative, and legal
- Use of in house IT systems, MS Office, and associated tools effectively
- Maintain KPIs by adhering to our Quality Policy and Objectives
- Respond promptly to general queries, escalating issues where needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service
- Proficiency in IT systems, especially Schenker tools and MS Office
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- A strong focus on compliance with legal and company standards
