We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Export Freight Operations Clerk to join our clients dynamic team based in Bradford.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday , Week 1 9:00am – 17:30pm , Week 2 13:00pm – 21:30pm

Role overview:

  • Understand customer requirements and deliver first-class customer service
  • Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all land transport export shipments
  • Complete all relevant documentation operational, administrative, and legal
  • Use of in house IT systems, MS Office, and associated tools effectively
  • Maintain KPIs by adhering to our Quality Policy and Objectives
  • Respond promptly to general queries, escalating issues where needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in IT systems, especially Schenker tools and MS Office
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • A strong focus on compliance with legal and company standards
