Hours: Permanent, 30 hours per week

We are looking for a caring, flexible, and creative Recovery Worker to join Waythrough's Cumbria Safe Haven Service. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can connect with people at all levels, and is passionate about helping others live independently.

The Cumbria Safe Haven provides mental health support to individuals aged 18 and over through one-to-one appointments and group drop-in sessions. Our support focuses on interventions, mental health management, wellbeing, and signposting to relevant services.

Relevant experience and knowledge of mental health are preferred, but a caring, compassionate, and empathetic nature is essential. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the flexibility to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
