Procurement Manager

We are currently partnered with an organisation based in Swindon to help recruit a Procurement Manager into their growing team on a permanent basis. The role will be paying c. £45,000, with a hybrid working pattern and a generous benefits package. Your new role Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings. Negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best possible prices and quality. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the procurement process. Analysing the current supplier base to identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains. Implementing supplier performance metrics and conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Developing and implementing category management plans to optimise procurement activities. Identifying and leveraging strategic sourcing opportunities to achieve cost reductions and efficiency gains. Overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition to contract tender.
