Job Description:

Your company : A global leader in designing, building, and operating energy-efficient, reliable data centres, hosting major financial, media, corporate, and cloud wholesale providers.

Your role : Central European role reporting to the Regional Head of Finance. You\’ll manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations during a project. Requires strong financial and analytical skills, collaboration, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (annual, quarterly, strategic).
2. Review and analyse regional financial reports for senior management.
3. Present monthly regional finance reviews to the Group CFO.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve site profitability and reporting quality.
5. Oversee external stakeholder relationships (auditors, regulators).
6. Support the development of financial models and tools.
7. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as directed.
8. Provide ad-hoc analysis and coordination for the new ERP system.

What you\’ll need to succeed :

1. Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA OR CIMA (OR Equivalent).
2. Proven experience in finance management, financial planning & analysis, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, systems and IFRS accounting principles.
4. Proficient in reviewing financial reports and business cases.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
