We are a team of policy experts who combine cutting-edge tech, insightful data, and expert analysis. We help organisations analyse the impact of policy, identify and engage the people impacted, and track the effectiveness of interventions. Potential permanent role after completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across various digital and traditional marketing disciplines. Working closely with experienced marketing colleagues, the job holder will gain practical experience across the whole marketing mix, including event coordination, campaign execution, digital marketing, social media, and market research. They will contribute to the organisation's growth in audience and brand visibility, building a solid foundation for a successful marketing career. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to develop their marketing career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of people on the lowest incomes in the UK.

Main responsibilities

  • Events and webinars: Assist the Growth Marketing Manager in planning and executing events and webinars, helping with logistics, lead generation, and post-event analysis.
  • Media and campaigns: Support the Marketing Campaigns and Engagement Manager in coordinating media outreach, maintaining media contact lists, and supporting the execution of tiered marketing awareness campaigns.
  • Digital marketing: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with website updates, supporting sales campaigns, executing email marketing activities, and tracking digital campaign performance.
  • Social media: Help create and post content for social media, plan, schedule, and monitor social media performance, and optimise content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Market research and reporting: Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies, analyse campaign performance, and report insights to the marketing team.

Other duties

  • Support in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
  • Perform other marketing activities as required.

This position involves a Marketing Executive Level 4 apprenticeship standard, with full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to enhance your skills. Your training will include earning an internationally recognised Level 4 qualification. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
