We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Sheffield. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). Salary: Circa Β£52,000+ (DOE, minimum 2+ PQE).

- Advising on, drafting, and executing wills
- Creating and managing trusts
- Advising on asset structuring, tax efficiency, and wealth management

About You
- Client-focused estate planning lawyer with:
- 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client work
- Experience advising HNW clients (estates of Β£1m+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
- Possession or ambition for STEP qualification
- A commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative and compassionate approach
