We are seeking a Commercial Gas Combustion Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility is to deliver property maintenance services aligned with group standards, KPIs, and legal/regulatory requirements, ensuring high standards are maintained consistently.
As a Gas Engineer at Bellrock, you will contribute by:
- Trade Related Tasks
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your expertise as assigned.
- Perform gas and plumbing refurbishment, including testing upon completion.
- Conduct testing and PPM work as instructed.
- Order parts via purchase orders.
- Manage van stock as required.
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota.
- Provide recommendations and solutions for faults and maintenance issues.
- Estimate labor and material requirements for follow-up works.
- Support other trades when needed.
- Compliance
- Provide accurate documentation and reports.
- Ensure proper photographic documentation of work.
- Adhere to client scanning requirements.
- Maintain and report on equipment condition.
- Drive safely, observing traffic laws.
- Customer Relations
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
