This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!
Job Purpose
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll join a nimble team that jumps in wherever the action is. Instead of being tied to one client, you’ll work across various accounts—ideal for someone who thrives on variety, thinks on their feet, and enjoys solving problems proactively. If you're adaptable, self-sufficient, and great at working with different personalities, you'll feel right at home. You will build strong client relationships while overseeing the delivery of diverse integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing client briefs, planning, assigning, reviewing, and deploying creative work.
- Managing the agency workload in collaboration with the team.
- Working closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and other departments to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Maintaining agency profitability and creative integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, draft, and review client briefs.
- Ensure deadlines are met across multiple campaigns and liaise with the Account Director on team capacity.
- Communicate proactively with clients, managing expectations and providing updates or recommendations.
- Translate client feedback effectively to creative teams.
- Prioritize workloads and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet client requirements while upholding DEPT brand values.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business, strategies, and challenges; advise on suitable communication solutions to become a trusted adviser.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key clients through regular meetings and reviews.
- Maintain high standards and add value wherever possible.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting success criteria.
- Stay informed about DEPT products and services, actively promoting them to clients.
- Escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to test creatives across client channels.
