That’s why we need a high-performing Learning Support Manager to join our team and support our teacher users. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Learning Designer who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences at scale to join our learning support team.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Designer will:
- Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities;
- Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets;
- Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards;
- Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work;
- Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning.
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study
- 5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider
- Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology
- An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
