Requirements

At Cadmus, we’re doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Learning Designer who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences at scale to join our learning support team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Designer will:

  • Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities;
  • Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets;
  • Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards;
  • Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work;
  • Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning.

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study;
  • 5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider;
  • Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly;
  • Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail;
  • Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology;
  • An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent.
