Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, managing and developing a team of eight highly skilled Demand & Supply Planners. Responsible for all stock ordering within Selco, from suppliers both direct to stores, and via our central distribution facility.

Using Relex advanced forecasting and replenishment system, you will be accountable for availability and stock for a million SKUs across 79 locations with a stock value of £100m. Working collaboratively with Category Management, Space Planning, Branch Operations, Central Distribution and Suppliers, you will be responsible for developing and managing demand and supply plans to deliver the business goals and objectives.

Working closely with the Supply Chain Policies Manager and Relex, you will design and implement changes to the demand and supply processes to drive continuous improvement. You will have at least five years of relevant supply chain planning experience and a proven track record of delivering business KPIs using the latest supply chain planning systems. You will be an effective leader with experience of managing and developing a highly skilled team. You will have strong analytical and inductive reasoning skills, be well organized, and be a good communicator.
