Live in Head Gardener Job

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate formal gardener to maintain a beautiful estate in Hampshire. This role is ideal for a proactive outdoor enthusiast with RHS qualifications. The position involves participation in various planting projects and development of garden areas, with an assistant groundsman to collaborate with.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a small vegetable patch
2. Develop the sunken garden
3. Manage formal and informal flower beds
4. Care for newly planted hedges
5. Care for newly planted trees
6. Lawn maintenance
7. Liaise with contractors
8. Maintain the swimming pool
9. Maintain the tennis court

Start date: Ideally in July

Working week: Monday – Friday

Accommodation: A 2-bedroom cottage, suitable for a partner and a small dog
